Betty E. Fleming

Betty E. Fleming, 68, of Hermitage died Tuesday evening, June 24, 2014, at her residence.

A daughter of Archie and Esther Rihel Watt, she was born in Mercer on November 2, 1945. She was a graduate of Grove City high School.

Mrs. Fleming had been employed in the housekeeping department at Avalon Springs.

On August 12, 1967 she married Gary E. Fleming Sr., he died May 9, 2014.

Surviving are a daughter Deborah Patterson, two sons Gary E. Fleming Jr. and his wife Laurie and Larry Fleming, 6 grandchildren Harley Blake, John and Jason Patterson, Christopher and Sonya Ashcraft and James Fleming, and a great-grandchild Camrin Norris. Also surviving are a brother Bob Watt, a sister Kaye Reagle, 7 nieces and nephews, 14 great-nieces and nephews and a great-great-nephew.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son James Fleming.

Friends will be received in the Jamison Funeral Home, 117 N. Main St., Harrisville from 11am -1 p.m. Saturday.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. in the funeral home.

Interment will follow in Prairie Cemetery

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
