Cecile A. Wagner, 106 of Franklin died peacefully at 10:00 A.M. on Friday June 27, 2014 at Sugarcreek Station.
Born May 8, 1908 in Rockland she was a daughter of the late Orin B. and Ada B. Carson Sollinger.
Cecile was a homemaker and also handled the book work for her late husband's trucking company. Upon retirement they enjoyed spending time together in Florida for the winter.
Mrs. Wagner enjoyed her grandchildren, quilting, playing cards, picking berries and doing work around her home.
She was of Presbyterian Faith.
On November 6, 1926 she married Charles E. Wagner and he preceded her in death of August 19, 1990.
Surviving are four children; Lucille McCool, Raymond Wagner and his wife Mary June, Richard Wagner, and Janice Whitten and her husband Fred; 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 17 great great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Cecile was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kimberly Rae.
She was the last surviving member of the Sollinger Family.
Family and friends welcome Monday from 4-7 P.M. at the Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc. 312 West Park St. Franklin.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Ed Gresick, Pastor of Grace United Methodist Church in Franklin, officiating.
Interment will follow at Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens.
