David M. Warner, 67 of Franklin died unexpectedly on Tuesday November 3, 2015 at his residence.
Born April 21, 1948 in Franklin he was the son of the late Edmund and Phyllis Ludlow Warner.
He was a 1967 graduate of Rocky Grove High School and a graduate of the Lincoln Welding School.
David proudly served his country with the United States Army Reserves.
He worked for 42 years at Joy as a welder and later an electrician.
He loved riding and building Harley Davidsons. He enjoyed his family and friends and spending time at his family camp on Boyce Lake in Canada.
Surviving is a daughter, Sandra Shaw of Winston Salem, NC; two sisters, Beth Warner of Cape Cod, MA and Patty Mellring and her husband Tony of Cochranton; four nieces and nephews, Lindsay Goldsmith Lee of Portland, OR, Gordon Goldsmith of Burlington, VT, Sally Mellring of Huntsville, AL and Ben Mellring of Franklin.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 312 West Park St. Franklin where family and friends are welcome from 2:00 - 3:00 PM Sunday.
A prayer service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday in the funeral home.
Interment will be at Franklin Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made in David's name to a charity of one's choice.
