Born in Oil City on December 29, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Hoover and Marilyn Felmlee Hoover.
She enjoyed sewing, crochet, crafting and listening to music.
Deb was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
She will be missed by her beloved cat “Baby” who she rescued.
Deb was married to Donald Poston Sr. And he preceded her in death.
Surviving are her two children, Bunny Frye of Guys Mills and Donald Poston Jr.; two siblings, Deidre McGinnis of Rocky Grove and Donna Shook of Rocky Grove and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her husband, Deb was preceded in death by five siblings Donald Hoover, Dolly Hoover, Dave Hoover, Deanna Hoover and Dallas Hoover.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff-Guthrie Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 312 West Park St. Franklin.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
