Donald H. "Don" Foust

Donald H. "Don" Foust, 67 of Polk, passed away on the morning of September 8, 2018 at his home. Don was born in Franklin on August 14, 1951 to the late Ronald E. and Mary Lou Highfield Foust.

Don was a graduate of Franklin High School and went on to proudly serve his Country in the United States Army. He was a Machinist for Time Machine for many years. He was a huge Harley Davidson enthusiast and rode often with many great people. He loved his Rock N Roll and never turned off the local rock stations. When asked how he became the way he is, Don would respond "Sex, Drugs, and Rock N Roll!"

Don married his wife, Mabel, on July 23, 2010. She survives at home. Don is further survived by his son, Michael P. Foust of Albion, step sons Jeremiah Huggins of York, SC, Robert Williamson of Mercer, John Crawford Jr of Oil City, and Billy Crawford of Polk, brothers Rodney Foust and wife Patricia of Chapel Hill, TN, and Steven Foust of St. Joe, TX, and several grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Phillips.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Huff-Guthrie Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc, where family and friends are welcome from 5 - 8 pm on Wednesday, September 12. A service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, September 13, at 11:00 am with the Reverend Mark Rusnak, Chaplain for Asera Care Hospice, officiating.

The family requests everyone to wear their favorite Harley Davidson gear to the services in honor of Don.

Interment will follow in Old Sandy Cemetery.
