Donna Jeanne Delise

Donna Jeanne DeLise of Polk State School and formerly of Farrell, PA passed away at 7:45 P.M. Wednesday February 13, 2013 from complications of pneumonia. She was an angel all her life and is in heaven now.



The daughter of Louise DeLise McCormick and Philip DeLise, Donna was born February 3, 1952 in Farrell.



Donna spent most of her life at Polk due to her disabilities. The doctors, nurses and the care givers have always given her excellent care and love and the family can never thank them enough for all they have done.



Donna is survived by her sisters Kathleen Webb of Parma, Ohio, Joyce Hudspeth of Goose Creek, SC, Mary Lou FitzGerald of Overland Park, KS, and her step brother Matthew McCormick, Sharon, PA. She is also survived by Uncles Michael Verbanic of Warren, Ohio, Charles Verbanic and his wife of California and many cousins.



Donna was preceded in death by her parents.



There will be no visitation.



Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at Polk Center in the Meadowside Building.



Interment will be made at St Anthony?s Cemetery in Farrell.
