Elizabeth Unger

Elizabeth Unger, 96, of 2918 US 322 died at 12:40 a.m. Sunday August 1, 2010 at Sugar Creek Station.
A daughter of John and Mary Kostak Schneider she was born in Pittsburgh on July 11, 1914. She attended the public schools in Pittsburgh.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Patrick?s Church.
On August 24, 1935 she married Anthony Unger who died August 11, 1975.
Surviving are a son Charles Unger and his wife Robyn of Lakeville, MN; 6 grandchildren James Crawford of Calif., David Crawford, Beth Ann Varkala and Mary Lynn Infanti all of New Jersey, Stephanie Beard and Deborah Unger of Minnesota; 8 great-grandchildren and a brother Harry Schneider of Cochranton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter Elizabeth Crawford, two sisters Margaret Polinski and Mary Thompson and two brothers John and George Schneider.
Private family burial services were held in St. Patrick?s Cemetery with Monsignor John J. Herbein officiating.
