Felicia Ann Porter

Felicia Ann Porter, 41, of Franklin, passed away January 13, 2021.

She was born on May 4th, 1979 in Oil City Hospital. She was the daughter of Joy Welton and the late Norman H. Porter II.

Felicia was a 1997 graduate of Franklin High School where she studied abroad for a year in Germany. She attended the University of Pittsburgh and earned a degree in Criminology.
She had a passion for art and was a talented artist. Felicia enjoyed spending time with friends and her precious children.

Surviving are her daughter Savana Steigerwald and her son Evan Steigerwald whom she loved very much. Also surviving are her mother Joy Welton of NC, her sister Catrina Porter Tomsich of NC, her nephew, Brayden Tomsich of NC, several aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as many friends with whom she had lifelong friendships.

Preceding her in death are her father, Norman H Porter II, and her grandparents.

Arrangements will be made at a future date.
