Frances Gail Weber

Frances Gail Chapin Weber, 98, of Annapolis, MD died April 12, 2014 at the Ginger Cove Residential Community, Annapolis, MD.
A daughter of Ancel Baldwin and Pansy Bowles Chapin she was born February 2, 1916 in Bessemer, PA. She was a graduate of Rocky Grove High School. She then attended Slippery Rock College and the Buffalo School of Nursing, Buffalo NY.
During the 1940's she was employed as a nurse in the Franklin Hospital. From 1962 until her retirement in 1983 she served as an elementary school nurse in the North Allegheny School District.
She was an avid bridge player.
On July 11, 1947 she married Carl Clarence Weber who preceded her in death. Surviving are a daughter Cheryl Ann Weber Christenson of Orange, CA and a son Carl Clarence Weber III of Annapolis, MD.
In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by three sisters Riva Cooley, Virginia O'Hare and Lois Campbell and two brothers George W. Chapin and Howard G.
