James "Jim" Fox, 52 of Oil City, died unexpectedly at his residence on Tuesday July 28, 2015.
Born January 15, 1963 in Oil City he was a son of the late Richard and Maureen O'Donnell Fox.
He was a graduate of Oil City High School and the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Police Academy.
He proudly served his country in the United States Army.
On October 11, 1996 he married the former Mona Young and she survives.
Also surviving are five brothers and sisters; Rick Fox, Patti Fox Greenlee and her husband Mike, Mike Fox and his wife Julie, Mary Kush and her husband JJ and Tom Fox; several nieces and nephews and many great nieces.
There will be no visitation.
A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. On Friday at the Atlantic Avenue United Brethren Church 160 Atlantic Ave. Franklin with Rev. Pat Daugherty, Associate Church Pastor, officiating.
Interment will follow at Franklin Cemetery where military honors will be rendered by the V.E.T.S. Honor Guard.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc. 312 W. Park St. Franklin.
