Jaxon Michael David Stellitano, infant son of Brandon Stellitano and Tamara Lackey of Reno, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at 8:51 A.M. November 18, 2015 at Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh due to compilations of a birth defect, Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.
Jaxon was born November 3, 2015 in Pittsburgh. In his short life, he was embraced with love and support from all of his family and their friends.
He was a tough little guy whom the nurses who cared for described as a fighter and very feisty.
His family is extremely grateful for the outpouring of support they have received.
Jaxon softly tiptoed into the world almost silently, and he only stayed a moment but he left a footprint on the hearts of his family that will never go away.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Katlynn Kamarie Stellitano; paternal grandparents, Wendy and Mike Garbacz of Reno and Paul Stellitano and C. Herbig of Pittsburgh; his maternal grandparents, Jenn and David Stanish of Reno and Sean Lackey of Townville ; three uncles, Nathan Stellitano, Austin Lackey, and Caleb Stanish; and a cousin Riley Stellitano.
Additionally surviving are his great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and family friends.
Private visitation and services will be held for the family at Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 312 West Park St. Franklin.
