Kevin Earl Krepp, 48 of Reno passed away Thursday Morning, December 4, 2014 at his residence following a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born March 26, 1966 in Franklin, Kevin was a son of William V Krepp and the late Gail J. Black Krepp.
Kevin was a 1984 graduate of Rocky Grove High School and was a very proud "Grover."
He worked for 18 years as a chemical operator at OMG Americas and Company in Franklin.
Kevin loved spending time with his family.
He was a diehard Pittsburgh Penguins fan and loved to watch and attend games.
Since 2005 Kevin and Kim have loved their annual trip to Jamaica where they have made many memories and friends.
Kevin loved filling his summers by watching his son and grandson play baseball and his three nieces play softball over the years.
Kevin was a true handyman who could fix anything. He enjoyed remodeling and working on various projects around his home.
Most of all he loved spending time with his children and three grandchildren.
On October 2, 1993 he married the former Kimberly Roxberry at Grace United Methodist Church in Rocky Grove, and she survives.
Also surviving, is a daughter; Julie A. D'Amico and her companion Michael Shaffer of Rocky Grove; a son, Matthew J. Blum and his wife Jessica of Rocky Grove; a sister, Tammy Hoover and her husband Robert of Franklin; a brother, Randy Krepp of Bally; and three grandchildren, Dylan T. D'Amico, Paige N. Blum, and Lucy M. Shaffer.
Additionally surviving are four nieces; Cristi Hoover, Marci Hoover and her fiancé Wally Stone, Staci Dunmire and her husband Donny, and Selena Malaggese and her husband Kevin; 5 great nieces and nephews, Mykah, Aleyah, Markus, Payden and Gabriel and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends from near and far.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 - 4:00 P.M. NEXT Sunday, December 14, 2014 at Grace United Methodist Church 350 Front St. Franklin. A celebration of life service will follow at 4:00 P.M. in the church with Rev. Ed Gresick, Church Pastor, officiating.
Interment will be made at Reno Cemetery.
