Larry C. Marshall

Larry C. Marshall, 71 of 4747 Georgetown Rd. Franklin, passed away at 5:45 P.M. Tuesday April 30, 2013 at Sugar Creek Station.

Born November 28, 1941 in Youngstown, OH he was a son of Mary Deitman Marshall and the late Carl E. Marshall.

He was a 1960 graduate of Franklin High School.

Mr. Marshall was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and especially four wheeling. Larry was a very crafty person who loved woodworking and making furniture for family and friends.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son; Brian Marshall and his wife Wanda of Venus; three brothers; Gary Marshall and his wife Leslie of Oil City, Mark Marshall and his wife Beth of Homer City and Dennis Marshall of New Castle; one grandson, Matthew Marshall and his wife Steph of Sartell, MN and two great-grandchildren, Kase and Ava Marshall.

Also surviving is his longtime companion of over 30 years Paula Rosenberry of Franklin and her daughter Lauren Giles and her grandson Curtis Giles.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Family and friends welcome Friday from 4:00- 6:00 P.M. at Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc. 312 West Park St. Franklin.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Randy Kightlinger, Chaplain for VNA Hospice and Sugar Creek Station, officiating.

Interment will follow at Hopewell Cemetery, Frostburg, Jefferson County.
