Linda Diane Snyder, 68 of Cochranton, passed away at her home on March 18, 2017 at 7:05 a.m. Linda was born in Harrisburg on March 9, 1949 to the late Eugene and Edna Reagle Adams. She graduated from Franklin high school and worked for many years as a nurse's aide at the Oil City Hospital in labor and delivery as well as at the Caring Place in Franklin.
Linda truly was a spitfire and was very outspoken. She was spunky and wasn't afraid to "tell you how it is". She loved animals especially her dogs and cats. She enjoyed fishing and doing anything outdoors. She also enjoyed her crossword puzzles, watching Jeopardy and the Wheel of Fortune. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family, and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers with her grandson Ben.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Robin Fornal and her companion Lewis Ritchey of Franklin, her grandson Benjamin Fornal, and her longtime companion Daniel Fornal, both of Cochranton
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her two brothers, David "Gentle Ben" and John Adams.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 312 W. Park St, Franklin, where family and friends are welcome from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday March 23.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
