Lynn Smith

Lynn Smith, 57, of William Flynn Highway, Slippery Rock, died at 8:11 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at UPMC Montefiore, Pittsburgh.

She was born May 15, 1956, in Monroeville, to Albert S. Sherman and Louise (Widziszewski) Sherman.

She was a 1974 graduate of Franklin Regional High School, Murrysville.

She was the former owner of Blondie"�s Restaurant and Lounge in Boyers.

Lynn was a member of St. Anthony Roman Catholic Church of St. Peter Parish, Forestville.

She enjoyed cooking, fishing, painting, motorcycle riding, and she enjoyed going to the cottage.

She is survived by a daughter, Kelly R. Smith of Longmont, Colo.; a son, Cody R. Smith of Slippery Rock; her mother, Louise Sherman of Slippery Rock; and her fianc, Timothy Sullivan.

Also surviving is a sister, Nancy Sherman of Harrisville; a nephew, Adam Sherman; and a brother Michael J. Sherman and his fiance, Dianna Habucky of Parker.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at Jamison Funeral Home, 117 N. Main St., Harrisville.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Anthony Church, Forestville, with the Rev. Keven G. Poecking, of the church, as celebrant.

Burial will be in St. Anthony Cemetery, Harrisville.
