M. Isabel Taylor

M. Isabel Taylor, 92, of Grove City, formerly of Harrisville and Mars, died at 12:15 p.m. Friday at Trinity Living Center. She was born July 23, 1917, in Hendersonville, N.C., the daughter of Sally A. (Jones) McDowell and Charles F. McDowell. She was a graduate of Munhall High School and was a homemaker. She married Lewis W. Taylor on July 30, 1938. She was of the Protestant faith, enjoyed housekeeping and was an excellent seamstress. She enjoyed life and family. Surviving are two sons, Gordon S. Taylor and his wife, Elaine, of Harrisville, and William F. Taylor and his wife, Jane, of Spruce Creek; one daughter, Kimberly A. Sulster and her husband, Milton, of Indianola, and two sisters, Sarah Margaret Gibson of Shreveport, La., and Fredrick Latshaw of Trafford. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, who died in 1982, two sisters and one brother. TAYLOR - A memorial service for M. Isabel Taylor, who died Friday, March 26, 2010, will be held at a later date. A private burial will be held at Jefferson Memorial Park in Pittsburgh. Arrangements are being handled by JAMISON FUNERAL HOME, 117 N. Main St., Harrisville.
