Marcia A. Swarm

Marcia A. Swarm, 73, of Franklin, passed away at 9:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at UPMC Northwest in Seneca.

Born in Culver, PA  on February 17, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Charles Jr. and Anne Peregrin Warzel.

Marcia worked at Polk Center as an RSA for 19 years retiring in 2010. An animal lover, Marcia loved the company of her dogs Boomer and Buster.

On May 14, 1988 she married Thomas E. Swarm and her preceded her in death on September 2, 2022.

She is survived by a sister-in-law, a niece and her close friends and neighbors Joe Carulli and his wife Tennille and their children Brooke Caruilli and Trey Carulli and his wife Sarah. Additionally surviving is Trey and Sarah’s son, Dane.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff-Guthrie Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 312 West Park St. Franklin where family and friends are welcome from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday.

A funeral service will be held at 7:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Mark Rusnak, Chaplain at the Caring Place, officiating.

Interment will be at Brandon Cemetery on Wednesday where she will be laid to rest with her husband.
