Marguerite E. ?Peg? Jolley, 91, died Sunday evening April 28, 2013 at Sugar Creek Station.
A daughter of John B. and Margaret Haupt Barnes, she was born in Franklin on March 31, 1922. She was a graduate of Oil City High School.
Mrs. Jolley had worked in the accounting department at Joy Manufacturing Company for 37 years, retiring in 1982.
She was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church. She enjoyed watching the wildlife in her back yard.
She was married to Carl Garrett on October 27, 1944. He died April 11, 1966. She then married Lawrence W. Jolley on July 18, 1969. He preceded her in death on August 27, 1995.
Surviving are three step-children Joseph Jolley and his wife Susan of Hermitage, Denise Miller and her husband William of Franklin and Ted E. Jolley and his wife Rhonda of Polk; 12 step-grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husbands she was preceded in death by a step-daughter Jean Palmer.
There will be no public visitation.
A family graveside burial service will be held in the Franklin Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc.
