Martin "Pete" Wimer

Martin M. "Pete"� Wimer, 86,�died at 10:20 A.M. Friday,�February 22, 2013 at Trinity Living Center of Grove City.�He had resided there for the past year.�� Previously he had resided on Carrie Way in Grove City and had lived in Harrisville.

�A son of Hugh T. and Margaret E. Wimer Wimer he was born in Karns City on February 5, 1927.������������������

He was employed as a machine operator for 43 years at the former Cooper Energy Services in
�� Grove City. He retired in 1988 and after retirement worked at Bashlin Leather of Grove City.

He was a member of Forestville United Methodist Church and a former member of�East Main Presbyterian Church of Grove City.

He was married on June 30, 1951 to Leona I. McCurdy. She died on October 23, 2011.

He is survived by a daughter Barbara A. Arblaster and her husband David S. of Slippery Rock, 3 sons
Donald A. Wimer and his wife Diane of Jordan, MN, Martin B. Wimer of Holidaysburg, and Randall L. Wimer and his wife Cindy of Slippery Rock, 8 grandchildren and�8 great-grandchildren.�Also surviving is a foster sister Alberta McNany and her husband Thomas of Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, foster parents Earl W. and Lenore H. Eyer, two grandsons,
�3 sisters,8 brothers, 2 foster sisters, and 3 foster brothers.

�Friends will be received from 7-9P.M. Tuesday February 26, 2013 at Jamison Funeral Home 117 N. Main St. Harrisville.

A �memorial service will be held �at 11:00A.M. Wednesday February 27, 2013 at the �Forestville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Barbara J. Moore, pastor, officiating.
