She was a 1943 graduate of Harrisville High School� Harrisville, PA and She also graduated from Butler Business School
She was a sales clerk at Vanity Fair at Grove City outlets, retiring in 1999 And she formerly was employed at the former Gaylords Store and Trader Horn both of Butler, PA and she was also a homemaker.
She was a member of Forestville United Methodist Church� Forestville, PA
She was a member of the Harrisville Community Club, an avid Steelers and Pirates fan, and avid card player, She liked to work crossword puzzles, she Enjoyed music and spending time with her family.
She was first married to Victor R. Snyder Jr., and then she married Melvin L. Weitzel.
Both husbands preceded her in death.

Snyder and his wife Debbie-Slippery Rock, PA, 18 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren three Sisters:� Dorothy Robb and her husband Kenneth-Mercer, PA, Beulah Gilmore and her husband Wilfred-Roswell, New Mexico Alice Cooper and her husband Marion-Pioneer, OH, two Brothers: Robert J. Owen-Grove City, PA ,Frank Owen and his wife Judy-Ft. Worth, TX.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. SaturdayFebruary 4, 2012 at Jamison Funeral Home 117 N. Main St. Harrisville, PA, with the Rev. Barbara J. Moore, pastor of Forestville United Methodist Church, officiating.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. Friday February 3, 2012 at Jamison Funeral Home�
Burial will be in Prairie Cemetery Harrisville, PA
