Nancy E. Johnson

Nancy E. Johnson, 68, of Fort Myers FL, formerly of Franklin, died Wednesday afternoon September 16th 2009 at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL.
A daughter of Fred M. and Isabel Reynolds Smith she was born in Franklin on March 15, 1941. She was a graduate of Franklin High School.
Mrs. Johnson was working as a Patient Liaison for the medical offices of Dr. Otis and Dr. Dupay in Fort Myers FL.
She was married on April 14, 1961 to Martin L. Johnson who died on February 19, 1985.
Surviving are a son Brian Johnson of Dallas TX; and a daughter Tammy Jankowski and her husband Tony of Locust Grove VA. Also surviving are three brothers Dave Smith and his wife Bev of Swanzey NH, Blaine Smith and his wife San of Cincinnati OH, Carl Smith and his wife Catherine of Aberdeen OH; three sisters Maxine Lehman and her husband Roy of Franklin, Susan DeMaison of Saegertown, Julie Luther and her husband Guy of Jacksonville NC. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Jane Gibson and two brothers Brian Smith and F. Keith Smith.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Saturday in the Huff Chapel Inc. 312 West Park St. Franklin. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with the Rev. Johnny L. Pennington, Pastor of the Congress Hill Church of God officiating. Interment will follow in Graham Cemetery.
