Nancy J. Frey Smith, 56 of 1432 Bredinsburg Road, Franklin died on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at her residence.
She was born on December 11, 1953 a daughter of Gerald A. and Norma Jean Dick Frey. She graduated from Oil City High School and during High School was a member of the Color Guard.
She had worked for the IU6, Brody?s Department Store in Oil City and for the past 15 years at A. Crivelli Automotive as Sales Coordinator After Market Manager.
She was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church in Franklin.
She served on the Two Mile Park Board of Directors.
She enjoyed NASCAR, antiques, and yard sales.
She is survived by a sister Sheryl Rodgers and her husband Brad, Seneca; a niece Jamie B. Wray and her husband James, Seneca; nephew Brian E. Rodgers and his wife Cortney, Oil City; great-niece Jaden Wray, Seneca; great-nephew Kai Rodgers, Oil City; step-daughter Amber Hasson and her daughter Adriana Marie-Lynn Arcomone of Florida; two uncles Robert Dick, Grove City, Robert Frey and his wife Sue, Alabama.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends will be received on Saturday from 1 to 4 pm at the Huff Chapel, 312 W. Park St., Franklin.
Funeral Services will be held at Christ United Methodist Church 1135 Buffalo St., Franklin at 5:00 P.M. Saturday with Rev. David Janz pastor of the Christ United Methodist Church officiating and assisted by Rev. John Sass.
The family suggests that donations be made to the Venango County Humane Society, PO Box 1045, Oil City, PA 16323.
