Pamela Eilene Patterson, 60, of 444 Buffalo Street went home to be with her Lord at 11 a.m. Monday March, 5, 2012 at her home.
A daughter of Robert E. and Lola E. Vogus Rial she was born in Franklin on August 14, 1951. She was a 1969 graduate of Franklin High School.
A mother and homemaker, Pamela loved following her daughters from activity to activity when they were young and continued the presence with her grandson. She enjoyed working with children and was actively involved in youth activities at the Franklin Christian Missionary and Alliance Church. She enjoyed arts and crafts and crocheted many doilies. In 1988 she worked side by side with her husband as they built their home.
On June 14, 1969 she married Charles E. Patterson, who survives along with two daughters Melissa Patterson of Franklin and Stacy Brauer and her husband Paul of Portville, NY; and her grandson Isaac Samuel Brauer of Portville, NY. Also surviving are her mother Lola Rial of Franklin, a sister Judy McGinty and her husband Robert of Oil City and three brothers Robert E. Rial Jr. and his wife Denise, Bruce Rial and Craig Rial and his wife Kathy all of Franklin.
She was preceded in death by infant twin daughters Stephanie Jane and Susan Marie and her father Robert E. Rial Sr.
Friends will be received in the Huff Chapel, 312 W. Park St. from 4-8 p.m. Thursday. Funeral services will be held in the Franklin Christian Missionary & Alliance Church, 1200 Otter St., Franklin at 11 a.m. Friday with Pastor Scott Woodlee, officiating.
Interment will be made in the Graham Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to The Children?s Program of Franklin Alliance Church, 1200 Otter Street, Franklin PA 16323 or The Kirtland Cancer Foundation, P.O.Box 108, Franklin PA 16323.
