Patricia E. Evans

Patricia E. Evans, 65 of 334 Liberty St. Franklin died at 11:45 P.M. on Thursday January 19, 2012 at Sugar Creek Station.

Born in Franklin on February 8, 1946 she was a daughter of the late Morris Eugene and Geraldine Almena Snyder Evans.

She was a 1964 graduate of Franklin High School.

Ms. Evans worked for 35 years at Polk Center retiring in 2003 from the Dietary Department.

She was a very gifted Piano player and participated in the Elders Quartet at the First Church of God in Franklin.

Surviving is her sister Beverly Petke and her husband Jim of DeLand, FL; a niece Amy Greer and her husband David of Sanford, FL; a nephew Alan Petke and his wife Janelle of Belle Vernon, PA and three grand nephews, Drew Petke, Grant Petke, and Alex Greer.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends welcome from 12:00 ? 1:00 PM. Tuesday January 24, 2012 at Huff Chapel Inc. 312 West Park St. Franklin. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home with the Rev. James Leichliter, Pastor of Franklin First Church of God officiating.

Interment will follow at Franklin Cemetery.
