Richard F. Windsor

Richard F. Windsor, 77, of Warren, PA formerly of Lakewood, NY passed away at 8:05 P.M., Monday July 12, 2021 at Cambridge Warren.

Born in Warren, OH on May 2, 1944, he was the son of the late Richard T. and Margaret Fillmore Windsor.

Upon graduation of high school, he attended Johns Hopkins University which he was very proud of.

He enjoyed photography, hunting, fishing and anything in the great outdoors. When his children were younger he loved taking them on adventure trips.

Richard worked as a manufacturing engineer for Various companies throughout the United States.

On September 3, 1966 he married the former Patricia Russell and she survives.

Also surviving are two children, Richard M. Windsor of New York and Thomas R. Windsor and his wife Penny of Arkansas and three grandchildren, Lindsay St. Windsor and her spouse Ryan, Michael Windsor and his wife River and Madelyn Windsor.

Additionally surviving are two sisters Mary Ellen Rueter and Sarah Mierzwa.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

There will be no visitation.

Richard will be laid to rest in St. Patrick Cemetery in Franklin, PA.
