Ruby M. Hanna

Ruby M. Hanna, 94 of 103 N. 13th St. Franklin died at 2:15 P.M. Monday June 13, 2011 at The Caring Place.

Born March 5, 1917 in Franklin, PA she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Minnie White Haylett.

She attended Franklin Area Schools.

She was a laundry supervisor at Polk Center for 27 � years retiring in 1977.

On December 24, 1936 she married Alfred W. ?Bill? Hanna and he died on November 5, 1996.

Surviving is a daughter Phyllis L. Grill and her husband Bob of Davidsonville, MD; three grandchildren, Robert Grill Jr. and his wife Leigh Ann of Crofton MD, Merinda Garland and her husband Charles of Churchton, MD, and Andrew Grill and his wife Jennifer of Bowie MD; five great grandchildren, Breanne Garland and Cynthia Garland of Churchton MD, Garrett Grill of Crofton MD, Juliana Grill and Alessandra Grill of Bowie MD.

In addition to her parents and husband, Ruby was preceded in death by two sisters, Stella Crisman and Ruth Haylett and three brothers, Charles Haylett, Benjamin Haylett and Floyd Haylett.

Friends will be received on Thursday from 6-8 P.M. at the Huff Chapel Inc. 312 West Park St. Franklin. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday in the funeral home with the Rev. Mark Rusnak, officiating.

Interment will follow at Cochranton Cemetery.
