She was born in Cherry Township Butler County, PA on September 4, 1928 to Jessie S. Ritenour and Nellie M. (Moyer) Ritenour McCandless
She was employed as a nursing Assistant at Grove City Medical Center, retiring in April 1993 after 23 Years of service.
She was a member of Calvary O.P. Church in Harrisville, PA
She was married to Lawrence C. Miller on August 4, 1956 and he died on June 17, 1989.
She is survived by 1 Brother: Oliver L. Ritenour-East Brady, PA, 1 Step-Sister: Norma Sabin and her husband Frank-Harrisville, PA and several nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 3 sisters, 1 brother and 1 step-sister.

Burial was Monday December 19, 2011 at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Cherry Twp.
