Segundo G. Rodriguez

Segundo Rodriguez, 79, a resident at Trinity Living Center in Grove City for the past four years, died at 1:04 p.m. Monday, May 9, 2011, at Grove City Medical Center. Born March 10, 1932, in Alausi, Ecuador, he was the son of Adolfo Rodriguez and Alcira Ortega de Rodriguez. He was a self-employed seamstress in Brooklyn, N.Y. Mr. Rodriguez was of the Catholic faith. He is survived by five children, Myra Rodriguez of Phoenix, Ariz., Mary Rodriguez of Great Bend, Kan., Angelita Slagel of Fort Worth, Texas, Roy Rodriguez Armijos of Massachusetts and Ramiro Rodriguez of Polk; 11 grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren. He also is survived by three brothers, Victor Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez and Carlos Rodriguez; and three sisters, Blanca Rodriguez, Teresa Rodriguez and Marta Rodriguez. Also surviving is his former wife, Mary A. (Armijos) Rodriguez of Polk. He was preceded in death by his parents. There will be no visitation or services.
