Shonnel E. Hammond

Shonnel E. Hammond, 2, of Meadville passed away unexpectedly at 8:34 PM on Wednesday May 20, 2015 at Meadville Medical Center.

Born October 6, 2012 in Meadville, she was the daughter of Lonnel and Krystal Zischkau Hammond.

Shonnel was a beautiful and amazing little girl who could do anything. She was very smart and had already learned her ABC's and enjoyed coloring and drawing.

She loved playing with her older brother and playing house with her older sister. She enjoyed helping her Mom around the house with watering plants and flowers.

Shonnel is in heaven now with her grandmother, Joanne Hammond and her great grandparents Betty and Dick Nicewonger.

Even though her life was short, she had a very happy and healthy life with her family and friends.
Shonnel remains with us and will be in our hearts forever.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her, brother Mikey Barton and sister JoAnna Hammond; maternal grandparents; Michelle Harmon and Daniel Zischkau; maternal great-grandparents, Patricia and Barry Zischkau; paternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth Hammond; aunts, Rebecca Glass and Alyssa Harmon; her great aunt, Jeanne Marquardt; and her beloved cousins whom she loved to play with, Kyra and Maci Glass.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc. 312 West Park St. Franklin, where family and friends are welcome Sunday from 2:00 - 4:00 PM.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Tom Phillips, Shonnel's great-uncle, officiating.

Interment will be private.
