Tiffany A. Cooper, 40, of Franklin, who was born on May 6, 1983, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at her residence.

She graduated with honors from Rocky Grove High School in 2002, and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Venango Campus in 2006. She was a caring Nurse, who always had a beautiful smile for her patients and anyone she would meet. She was a loving soul and always concerned for those hurting and in need.

In High School, Tiffany was Class President her senior year, a member of the National Honor Society, and she loved playing basketball and volleyball.

She was of the Catholic Faith and a member of St. Patrick Church.

Tiffany leaves behind many family members who will cherish memories of her and miss her

greatly: Her fiance and loving companion, Toni Aoun; her parents, John and Carla Reagle of Franklin, her biological mother, Teresa Hall of Franklin; two sisters, Michele McCool of Meadville, Ashley Attleberger and her husband Justin of Oil City, two Aunts, Alice Phillips of Meadville and Suzette Hall of Franklin. Also surviving are her nieces Rychele Harris of Meadville, Jayonna Harris of Oil City, Adalynn Attleberger of Oil City, and a nephew, Westin Attleberger of Oil City and numerous great-aunts & uncles, and cousins.

Tiffany was an avid animal lover and also leaves behind her beloved dog, who was her constant companion, Kibbee.

She was preceded in death by her Grandma Betty Hall, Grandpa Michael Hall, and her close friend, whom she considered her “Papa”, Richard Carter.

There will be no visitation.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick Church, 949 Liberty St., Franklin on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. with Father James C. Campbell, officiating.

Tiffany will be laid to rest at St. Patrick Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff-Guthrie Funeral Home & Cremation Services. 312 West Park St., Franklin.
