Walter "Bo" Eugene Shaw, 72, of Findlay, Ohio died at his son and daughter-in-law's Findlay home Friday morning, April 15, 2011.
He was born August 5, 1938, to Mabel and Robert Shaw in Indiana, Pa.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Rodney and Joy (Brown) Shaw of Findlay; a daughter and son-in-law, Penny and Duncan Shaefer of Hooper, Utah; daughter Sandy Shaw of Winston-Salem, N.C.; a grandson, Ethan Shaefer of Hooper, Utah; and three sisters, Dorothy Cowles of Seneca, Pa.; Janet Boardman of Butler, Pa.; and Jean Beers of Reno, Pa.
Bo was a retired industrial worker. He was proud of his grandson's academic and athletic accomplishments, and enjoyed fishing and watching NASCAR.
There will be no public visitation.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens in Cranberry, Pa. with Rev. David Janz, pastor of Christ United Methodist Church officiating.
Huff Chapel in Franklin, Pa. is in charge of arrangements.
The family thanks Bo's wonderful hospice team and daytime caregivers for their assistance and kindness.
