William Bice

William Bice 61, of 1421 Liberty St. died at 11:35 A.M. on Thursday October 29, 2009 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.
A son of William A. and Betty Lou Hoffman Blair he was born July 10, 1948 in Franklin.
Mr. Bice enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating.
He is survived by a daughter Martha Bice of Franklin, and a son William Bice Jr. of Georgia; four sisters Beverly Morris of Shadyside, MD; Donna Farley of Woodridge VA; Tammy Rusnack of Potomac, MD and Renee Bowman of Titusville; three brothers Ron Blair and Ken Blair both of Franklin and Dewayne Blair of Titusville. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers Gary Blair and Bob Blair.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 A.M in the Huff Chapel Inc. 312 West Park St., Franklin with the Rev. David Janz officiating.
