He was born on February 27, 1937 in Forestville, PA to Norman D. Bell and Mildred E. (McGowan) Bell.

He was a 1955 graduate of Harrisville High School Harrisville, PA
�
He was employed as a mechanic at H.P. Starr Inc. and he previously lived and worked in the state of Illinois for several years.
�
He was a member of the National Guard Unit of Grove City, PA for two years.
�
Surviving are three Daughters:�Theresa Bell and her husband George Bigcanoe-of Illinois, JoAnn Scott and her husband Tim-of Illinois, Charlene Jackson and husband Paul-of Illinois one Son:�Donald Bell-of Illinois six Grandchildren, Five sisters�� Margaret Heldorfer-Sharon, PA, Barbara Hershelman-Conneautville, PA, Sandra Bell-of Virginia, Eileen Bell-of Virginia, Loretta Bell-Grove City, PA, Five Brothers: John Bell and his wife Mickie-of Illinois, James Bell and his wife Diane-of Illinois, Raymond Bell-Slippery Rock, PA, Edwin Bell-Butler, PA, Charles Bell-Harrisville, PA.

He was preceded in death by his Parents and his brother Daniel Bell.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday April 27, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. At the Funeral Home with the Rev. A. James Lewis of the Branchton United Methodist Church officiating.
